Mai Chau - Trang An - Cuc Phuong - Birdwatching

Our tour guide will meet you at your hotel’s lobby and set off 3.50 hours road journey to Mai Chau. On route we visit Master pagoda featuring typical traditional architect since 17^th century. We arrive in Mai Chau around noon time.

Mai Chau town is nested in the peaceful valley surrounded by lush mighty mountains and is home to quaint villages of white Thai minority living on houses on stills. Besides, the town boasts scenic mountainous landscape and emerald rice and vegetable fields.
This afternoon, we will walk down dirt paths and through house-on-stilts villages amid seemingly endless rice fields.

Enjoy breakfast served by your host. Goodbye to the host, we embark 30’ drive to Buoc village. Upon arrival, start 3hours walking on both dirt and cement paths to visit Thai people at Mai Hich village.

This afternoon, we leave Mai Chau for Cuc Phuong national park on 3hours drive through scenic countryside. Arrival in Cuc Phuong late afternoon, check in your hotel.

This morning, after breakfast we visit endangered Primates Rescued Centeris, a perfect place to see many kinds of rare primates such as Langur, Gibbon and Loris all over Vietnam, many of them are under threat of extinction. Then driving into the jungle center where you will start your 2hours moderate trekking in the lush tropical forest to see thousand years old tree.

Leave the forest for Thung Nham bird sanctuary which houses some 46 species of birds like storks, herons, mallard, forktail….. and flamingo, and Phoenix  are on the Red List of Threatened Species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources. Upon arrival in Thung Nham, take rowing boat ride amid the mangrove forests to watch birds.

This morning, head to Trang An where we will take early morning boat ride before the crowds. Trang An is well known for its outstanding natural beauty and the scenic karst formations which contribute to its reputation as being the “Halong Bay in land.” 
Then continue our morning tour with hike up to Hang Mua top for breathtaking view of Karst area.
Lunch at local restaurant.

In the afternoon, try your easy bike ride on back road through local villages. We will visit Hoa Lu ancient capital, where is home to 02 temples dedicated to the kings of Le and Dinh.
Late afternoon, you will be transferred back to Hanoi.
